This policy explains how information is handled when you use our website, request resources, apply for an introduction or contact us about a professional partnership.
Information you provide
We collect the details you choose to submit, including your name, email, phone number, country and province or state. Applications may include your business structure and incorporation duration, approximate retained earnings or taxes paid last year, age band, whether you are married with children, retirement timing and priorities, and approximate savings and investable assets. Professional inquiries may include your firm, experience and licensing jurisdictions. Do not submit Social Security or Social Insurance numbers, bank credentials, account numbers or private client records through our website.
How we use your information
We use application information to review eligibility, confirm your details, contact you about your request and identify a suitable professional. We use professional inquiries to assess partnership fit. If you request an emailed tool report, we use your email and worksheet inputs to prepare and deliver that report. An email-report request alone does not enroll you in marketing or create an application for an advisor introduction.
Who receives information
We share information needed to handle your request with service providers supporting website hosting, communications, application delivery and customer relationship management. When arranging an introduction, relevant information may be shared with the independent professional so they can review your situation. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Separate permission is required for SMS messaging; submitting the current application does not opt you into texts. Where you separately opt into a PWG text-message program, message frequency varies and carrier charges may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Contact us to withdraw consent to future communications or use the unsubscribe option in marketing emails. Withdrawing consent does not reverse processing that has already taken place.
Retention and protection
We retain information for the purposes described here, including handling requests, administering relationships, resolving issues and meeting applicable obligations. We use safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure.
